The Clinton Presbyterian Community has a wonderful opportunity for a Clinical Support Coordinator. This administrative position will plan, organize, and coordinate all staffing to ensure appropriate levels are met in accordance with resident needs, regulatory requirements, and budgeted levels; as well as coordinate and maintain all medical supplies.
Responsibilities for this position include, but not limited to, the following:
· Preparing monthly schedule for non-licensed staff and six week schedule for licensed staff
· Ensuring all reportable hours, including contract hours, are on the schedule for accurate PBJ reporting.
· Managing call outs and find replacement staff for shortages.
· Maintaining a record of absenteeism/tardiness and report as needed.
· Ordering, receiving, stocking, and coding all medical supplies and submitting invoices timely.
· Following all HIPPA, CMS, and DHEC regulations.
· Complying with all safety and sanitary standards, rules and regulations
