Maintains equipment per the established procedures and policies.
Sets up milling center in accordance with training and process documentation.
Completes product inspections and assures quality in accordance with the established processes.
Machines product as per the department schedule or supervisor's directives.
Ensures machine is functioning properly and produces quality product.
Maintains machining tools.
Other duties as assigned.

Job Description:

The successful candidates will have machine operating experience such as loading CNC mills and have the capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and strong attention to detail. In addition to loading components and CNC programs, milling operators clean and maintain machines, inspect machined components for accuracy, inspect cutting tools and disposition of worn or defective tools, and provide feedback and suggestions. Candidate will have machining experience and/or training.

Duties are performed under the general supervision of the Production Supervisor or other designated members of the management team.

Schedule:
We have 3 third shift positions open. Hours: 11:00 pm - 7:30 am.
