Job Description:

A person responsible for planning and ensuring the coordination of construction projects. They have the responsibility of supervising the construction project. Ensures that the quality of work and materials is upheld and that the budget is followed as planned. They are entitled with the total supervision of all the operations on the site. Ensures that the workers are implementing what is on the design plan. Monitors the workers and the progress of the project and has constant communication with the project manager. Held responsible for any happenings at the construction site and sees to it that the project is completed in time and that the standards are met. Oversees and ensures the safety of all those on site.

Schedule:
Typical work hours are 7:30-5:00 m-f. However, each project is unique and will ultimately dictate the work schedule.
