Requirements:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
?EXCELLENT ATTENDANCE REQUIRED
?Grade Level 5
?High School Diploma or Associates Degree in Maintenance or Electrical field preferred
?5 years plus experience performing maintenance in a manufacturing environment required
?5 experience in the repair of CNC machinery with appropriate controls required (Siemens/Fanuc)
?Knowledge of hydraulics and electrical components required
?Must be detail oriented and organized
?Must be able to work on many different projects at one time

The Maintenance Technician supports the production facility by maintaining all machines to operate efficiently and accurately through, but not limited to, the following:

?Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment, such as motors, pumps, conveyors, belts, fans, etc.
?Examines mechanical equipment to diagnose trouble
?Disassembles machines and repairs or replaces broken parts
?Adjusts functional parts of mechanical devices as necessary
?Cleans and lubricates parts
?Initiates request for replacement parts.
?Examines and repairs controls (Fanuc, Siemens, etc) as required.
?Diagnosis of electrical problems with in machine circuitry
?Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures
?Functions not listed but intuitive to successful operation.
?Team oriented work within the worldwide BRM organization.
?Reports to Maintenance Manager
