Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required with three or more years’ experience in purchasing and/or contract management, administration and compliance. In addition, any combination of education, purchasing, and/or supply chain management or related experience in a hospital setting is considered. Proficiency in computerized management and information systems software is required to include Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Sharepoint, and Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point. Experience with Healthy Contracts, PMM Purchasing System, PFM Accounting Reports, or APSmart is a plus. Requires excellent communications skills, both written and oral. Requires ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Under the direction of the Director, Supply Chain Management, the primary responsibilities of the Contracts Management Coordinator are to: coordinate, implement, administer, track and assist with Self Regional Healthcare equipment and services contracting activities for all hospital departments and affiliates, while ensuring
consistency, necessary legal compliance and optimal financial performance in order to provide the best delivered value for SRH. Additionally, this position collaborates, as applicable, with other hospitals in regard to equipment and services contracting activities.
