Custodian

Cleaning experience required. Commercial cleaning experience is preferred. Work Ready SC Career Readiness Certificate is preferred. Must have strong skills in providing excellent customer service and demonstrate strong ethics. A valid driver's license and safe driving history are required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to understand and carry out routine oral and written instructions. Must be physically able to work off of a ladder, carry mop and bucket up and down stairs. Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffing machine, wet vacuum, shampoo machine, and carpet vacuum. Must have ability to interact regularly with students and University personnel. Basic computer skills and knowledge.
