Requirements:

For all positions, regular virtual meetings with Dr. Matteel and/or team members will be required to ensure alignment with project goals and to provide ongoing support and feedback.

 

  • Current student and enrolled in a college program.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Interest in personal development, marketing, event management, or administrative support.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, CRM software, and general office software is preferred.
Job Description:

Objective:  To streamline communication with clients and followers, enhance the mailing list, and maximize the impact of our free, weekly newsletter through automation, sequencing, and audience segmentation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Set up and manage automated messaging systems for new inquiries and purchases.
  • Develop strategies to grow the mailing list and improve engagement through segmented email marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze data to understand customer behavior and refine email marketing strategies.
  • Ensure the CRM database is well organized and updated.

 

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

 

  • Must have a stable internet connection and a computer capable of running CRM and email marketing software.
  • Primarily a desk job, requiring long periods of sitting and computer use.
  • Requires good time management skills to effectively balance various tasks without direct supervision.
