Business is all about relationships, and this role solely focuses on that. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with our clients based on consistent and clear communication. Your key performance indicator will be client retention rate. You will spend your time doing the following:
Communicating with clients in person and over phone calls
Teaching clients what we do and how to help us help them
Sharing scheduled deliverables with clients
Conducting scheduled 3- and 6-month reviews with clients
Being involved with all levels of communication with clients
Coordinating with our technical project manager and team
Technical experience is not required because you will be the filter through which our technical work is translated into value for our clients.
