Job Description:

Urban Outfitters, Inc. is currently seeking dynamic people with excellent customer service skills to fill positions in our world-class contact center!

Assist customers over the telephone or email through the buying process. Provide solutions to customers in order to resolve service issues.

• Answer Inbound Catalog Order Calls and Customer Service Inquiries
• Meet productivity guidelines and standards, such as calls per hour, occupancy, conversion rate, quality assurance and order accuracy.
• Provide customer’s solutions in both a reactive and proactive manner.
• Assist customers with service issues such as but not limited to; missing packages, order status, damaged product, returns/exchanges, credits/billing issues, package tracing, drop shipments, short-ships, miss picks, store searches.
• Enter and process catalog requests / removals.
• Accurately utilize customer tracking and consistently comment accounts to ensure a high level of service through follow-up.
• Assist with the Internet operations by providing customer email responses, product information and support as needed.
Operating hours are 7am to 12 am - 7 days a week
