Requirements:

A valid SC Driver's License with good driving record

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Must attend and complete seven days of classroom training provided by the employer

Must be trained in crisis management procedures and techniques and maintain a practitioner or higher level of certification (provided by employer)

Background checks and reference checks

Job Description:

Will provide assistance to individuals with intellectual or related disabilities in a community-based residential setting. Will provide assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation; medication administration; bathing and grooming and other necessary tasks in a residence. Direct Support staff facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the comunity or providing transportation to and from work or other activities.

Schedule:
One full-time second shift position available and several part-time positions with weeknight or weekend hours.
