Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D.
One year of experience with special needs individuals and one year of experience in supervision or an acceptable combination of both
Valid SC driver's license with a good driving record
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Must attend six days of classroom training
Must be trained in crisis management procedures (training provided upon hire) and techniques and maintain a practitioner or higher level of certification

Job Description:

Training and supervision of all house personnel
Implementation of programs for residents of the home
Supervise accountability and safety of all individuals residing in the home
Schedule/maintain staff coverage

Schedule:
11 a.m.-7 p.m., Monday through Friday are the scheduled hours, but chosen candidate must be flexible to ensure that maintain staff coverage as necessary.
