Statement of the Job
The District Manager is responsible for multi-site management of Centers within an assigned territory. Responsible for meeting/exceeding the financial goals established by the company for the Centers under his/her management assignment. Responsible for overall profitability of each center. Responsible for the staffing, training, and on-going development of all employees under his/her direction. Responsible to provide communication between the Home Office and field centers and ensuring company policies and procedures are followed and reports are rendered as specified.
Duties of the Job
Financial
*1. Direct employees on a daily basis for meeting/exceeding all financial goals.
*2. Provide daily monitoring of individual stores delinquency percent to increase profitability.
*3. Observe and monitor customer transactions to ensure legal and company compliance.
*4. Confer with bank along with store managers to ensure sufficient operating funds and adherence to proper accounting
procedures.
*5. Review and approve all store expenditures.
6. Perform other duties or instructions legally required by management.
Operations
*1. Conduct center visits on a regular basis that include a complete and thorough audit of each office in the region to
ensure legal and company compliance.
*2. Investigate thoroughly each and every customer complaint to resolution.
*3. Teach, instruct and monitor required reports and forecast projected monthly revenues
*4. Responsible for all actions necessary for the opening of a new center.
*5. Instruct, assist and review all marketing avenues required of all center personnel.
*6. Monitor employee work schedules to ensure company compliance.
