Competencies:

Basic knowledge of service switchgear, electrical distribution, permanent/temporary generator power, & building controls (BAS) (EMS)

 

Required Education & Experience:

B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering – Or, related technical field (Negotiable)

Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCad, Revit, Adobe, and project tracking systems

Entry Level – Some experience is a plus

Aide in the design & manufacturing of integrated power and control systems to the convenience store, restaurant, supermarket, & big box retail industries

 

Work Location & Environment

Looking for applicants in the Northeast Georgia - Western South Carolina area. This job operates in a clerical, office setting within a manufacturing plant. Applicant must be able to work out of the CD Controls office in Lavonia, GA. This is NOT a telecommute job (work from home).

Daily tasks:

Assist our senior personnel in electrical design, drawings, submitals, planning, vendor quotes, customer service, timely responses to RFQ's, etc.

Schedule:
In general, this position will be expected to work at least 40 hours per week. Flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the "core" work hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
