Wages/Salary: Your state salary ranges from $31,182.00 to $57,695.00; annually. The agency hiring minimum range is $41,938.00 and the maximum range is $57,695.00.

Requirements:

You will need to have a bachelor's degree in engineering; or a bachelor's degree in engineering technology and two (2) years of related work experience; or an approved acceptable equivalence in accordance with State Human Resources Regulations. You will also need a valid Motor Vehicle Operator's License.

Job Description:

You will need to assist with monitoring construction projects for compliance with plans, specifications, and standards; assists project engineers with project management duties and Site Manager data entry; perform project inspection duties as needed; including earthwork, asphalt, concrete,and erosion control inspection; use survey equipment and software to verify contractor's line and grade; assist with monitoring traffic control on assigned projects to ensure the traffic control plan is being followed according to approved plans; assist with project closeout duties;
serve as the agency's representative when meeting with contractors, general public, property owners and utility company representatives in answering questions, resolving disputes and satisfying complaints; perform other related duties as required.

Schedule:
Your schedule will be Monday through Friday from 8:30 to 5:00.
