Preferred Requirements:
BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Science Management.
Minimum Requirements:
Education - A bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture or engineering technology and journey-level engineering or architectural work experience.
Licenses - Drivers License Class A CDL
Work Exp 5+ years in Civil design of general site & utility installations.
Performs and/or manages Architectural, Mechanical & Civil engineering work for design, design review, project management related to permanent improvements, renovations, departmental, and other projects with an emphasis on Civil/Site Engineering design in general construction, maximum of $500K for new construction & $1M on renovations. Communication & Customer Service is top priority. Performs other duties as required.
