Requirements:
  • 1 year Customer Service Experience.
  • Knowledge of Golf Course rules & regulations
  • Knowledge of T Links software a plus but not required.
  • POS experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Gives attention to detail and follows instruction.
  • Familiar with Microsoft office and general computer use.
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to work under limited supervision.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
Job Description:
  • Welcomes and greets guests and visitors and delivers excellent customer service.
  • Assists guests with retail sales.
  • Assists guests with Tee times.
  • Assists guests with food & drink orders.
  • Operates Point of Sale/Tee time computer systems and cash register.
  • Maintains appearance of Pro Shop, as well as, pace of play and informs golfers of rules & regulations.
  • Ensures an appropriate resolution to customer concerns.
  • Take on other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Schedule:
First and Second shifts, average hours per week. Some nights, weekend and holidays maybe required.
