Homecare Nurse

Currently looking for Licensed Practical Nurses to fill immediate openings for our in-home nursing positions in the Greenville, SC area. Interested candidates must be proficient in care related to g-tube feedings, ventilator care, tracheostomy care, respiratory treatments, and personal care. This position requires night hours.

Responsibilities of the Pediatric Home Care Nurse

• Make the initial evaluation and re-evaluate the patient’s nursing needs during each visit. Make follow up assessments according to guidelines
• Communicate significant findings, problems, and changes in condition or environment to the Clinical Supervisor, physician, facility and/or other personnel involved with patient care.
• Maintain communication with Clinical Supervisor providing updates and changes to schedules and caseload, patient data or needs, physician orders or special instructions.
• Build rapport and communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, facilities, and other interdisciplinary team members.
