This position will provide strategic and tactical HR support including: facility staffing, compensation, benefits, FMLA and other LOA, employee relations, performance management, awards and recognition programs, and team training. This position will work closely with the site’s HR Manager to develop and implement policies and procedures and enhance the level of partnership with leadership. This position will play a vital part in creating and recommending effective solutions that positively affect selection and retention of a high performance team.
