Wages/Salary: This is a bi-weekly non exempt salaried job paid at an hourly rate and eligible for overtime after 40 hours.

Requirements:

Preferred experience includes payroll processing, administrative support, AAP/EEO reporting, Workers Comp. administration. Additional requirements include an associate degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience, at least 1 -3 years of related experience, excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. Advanced level computer skills are required to include Excel, PowerPoint and Visio. Familiarity with Optimum HRIS is a plus.

Flexible Technologies is a leader in the specialized field of products for the HVAC, home appliance and industrial applications markets. We currently are seeking a proven HR Assistant for our Abbeville facility. This position provides support to our manufacturing areas and remote facilities and assists in the administration of HR policies and programs.
