Job Description:

performs all human resources functions in communicating policies, procedures, benefits, disability, retirement etc. to employees. Work involves administering Fair Labor Standards Act, Family Medical Leave Act, Occupational Safety and Health Act, Affordable Care Act and other federally mandated program and laws as well as State laws and City regulations. Coordinates safety policies and training throughout workforce.
