Minimum Requirements: A high school diploma and 4 years related experience in human resources is required with a bachelor?s degree or PHR/SPHR desired. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Experience with state human resources policies and procedures, NEOGOV, Banner, and payroll knowledge preferred. Valid driver?s license is required.

Description: Performs prepayroll and employment along with other duties/projects as needed including ACA. Responsible for HR Help Desk inquiries/customer service. Will manage the NEOGOV kiosk and assist with NEOGOV implementation. Maintains document/record control for the department. Interprets policies and procedures in appropriate areas of responsibility.
