Wages/Salary: $20.10 for trainees and $15.00 hour with just Associate’s degree and no experience.
Associate's degree in information systems and technology required. Minimum of one year experience in Information Systems a manufacturing environment. Excellent communication skills. Results oriented. Occasional travel required. Full understanding of multiple systems connectivity required. Strong analytical skills. Supervisory skills/experience a plus. Proven success in leading teams to achieve results.
Provides hands on technical support for terminals, phones, and other network devices. Familiar with basic trouble shooting of hardware and simple software issues in Microsoft and Unity systems. Ability to work well in a fast paced environment. Must have the ability to multi-task, and a strong work ethic. Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation to both internal and external clients. Ability to absorb other business functions if necessary, including some basic office duties. Strong organizational skills required, as this position will be responsible for execution of many different projects and tasks from design through implementation and support.
