Requirements:

An Associate degree in computer science or related field and two (2) years of experience in office automation systems, data communications system design, installation, operation, repair, sales or marketing, or processing of information in a data processing environment, or an approved acceptable equivalence in accordance with State Human Resources Regulations. A bachelor's degree in computer science or related area may be substituted for the required work experience. A valid motor vehicle operator's license.

Job Description:

Performs installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of personal computers in a lan/wan environment. Supports Windows 2007, Windows XP, Office 2010 products. Supports intranet applications and CADD users. Performs installations and troubleshooting of computer hardware and software for personal computer. Manages district users network accounts with active directory, which includes resetting passwords, granting essential permission for user access. Troubleshoots network copiers, and ensures network connectivity in the District Office and all satellite offices. Provides security and technical guidance for computer and network copiers users. Equipment and inventory control liaison, duties includes being responsible for inventory control of all IT related equipment and accessories purchased for District Three. Assists in lifting up to 75 pounds. Performs other related duties
