Requirements:

Must possess supervisory skills, a thorough knowledge of die setting, plastic injection molding processing, robotics, and control systems.
Must be mechanically inclined and be able to thrive in a fast paced production environment.
Favorable background screen and drug test results required.

Job Description:

Must possess the skills to work effectively with supervisors, peers and subordinates.
Supervise production employees and instruct on the proper performance of their work.
Trouble-shoot machines, molds, materials and color. Inspect quality of product. Start, stop and maintain proper repairs of the molding machines when needed.

Schedule:
12 hour shifts in alternating three and four day work cycles.
