Inside Sales Representative

JES is still expanding our sales force in Greenwood, SC. Our sales keep growing! We are currently recruiting for the position of Direct Inside Sales Representative. This position is responsible for supporting our clients around the country and the world! From the initial sales conversation to ongoing customer support. As an Inside Direct Sales Representative you will be assisting new and existing clients by phone, email, chat, and text. Multiple openings are available immediately. JES Restaurant Equipment is An E-Commerce market leader of design services, equipment and supplies to the foodservice industry. At JES Restaurant Equipment we make it easier for restaurant owners, chefs, corporate buyers, and others to get exactly what they need to make any foodservice operation run more smoothly - from equipment to supplies to design consulting to custom fabrication.

Inside Direct Sales Representative Responsibilities: • Answer customer inquiries by phone, email, text, or chat and help complete their sales orders. • Process orders received online and by phone. • Work directly with vendors regarding orders and other needs. • Promote the JES Restaurant Equipment by focusing on quality customer service and relationships. • Continuous education on currently available products and in turn provide this information to customers daily. Inside Direct Sales Representative Skills/Qualifications: • A superb ability to multi-task in a fast paced office environment. • Understanding and skills in electronic communication. • Articulate telephone communication skills. • Familiarity with online sales transactions. • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook & Excel. • Strong keyboard and computer skills. • A willingness to learn • One year of direct sales or call center experience required. • Understand how customer service and sales work together.
