Responsibilities:

4. Collaborate with our back office support team to ensure client needs are met and inquiries are handled promptly.
5. Continually enhance your industry knowledge and skills through our weekly training sessions.
6. Comply with all industry rules and regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Must possess a valid state-based Life & Health insurance license.
2. Proven experience in insurance sales, or a similar role.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Goal-driven with the ability to work effectively in a target-based environment.
5. Ability to analyze and understand clients' insurance needs.
