THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
?Ability to be on call 24/7 in case of emergency IT issues.
?Telephone system administration.
?Update, monitor and maintain all Hardware and Software systems.
?Responsible for overall security of network hardware and software.
?Experience with backing up and restoring data files.
?Troubleshooting of Workstations/Network.
?Downloading and installing software to employee?s workstation.
?Troubleshooting problems (HW/SW)
?Responsible for new customer set up in the company?s accounting software.
?Absolute confidentiality on all matters relating to the office and its customers.
?Understands and meets deadlines.
?Demonstrates ability to clearly communicate both internally and externally.
?Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
?Other duties as assigned by supervisor(s).
