  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Job Description:

Job Summary:

ALCT is looking for an accomplished Lab Engineer to join and manage our laboratory operations. This role is critical for ensuring that our lab operates efficiently, safely, and effectively in developing advanced liquid cooling technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory management, experience with thermal and mechanical testing, and a passion for innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lab Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the R&D laboratory, ensuring a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage multiple R&D projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company goals and customer requirements.
  • Testing and Validation: Develop, implement, and oversee testing protocols for thermal and mechanical performance of liquid cooling solutions.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all laboratory equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and serviced as needed.
  • Safety Compliance: Maintain and enforce safety protocols and compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Data Analysis: Oversee data collection, analysis, and interpretation to support product development and improvement.
  • Documentation: Ensure thorough and accurate documentation of all experiments, tests, and procedures.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product development, and sales, to support project needs and objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance lab efficiency and effectiveness.
