Loan Processor

HopeSouth is currently seeking a professional to join our team as a Loan Processor, working with the Lending Department and our most valuable assets, our members. In your initial 12 months as a Loan Processor, you will:

• Apply your experience to become fully proficient in understanding our member's needs and expectations by delivering service excellence in alignment with our vision: To be a source of HOPE for a financially secure future.
• Efficiently assist members during the lending process, opening accounts, and other service-related tasks in accordance with credit union policies and procedures.
• Actively engage in relationship building discussions with members to identify their financial needs in order to refer products and services to meet performance and organizational goals.
• Use your attention-to-detail to perform service tasks in person with a high degree of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
