LPN

The LPN is responsible for assessing clients, documenting observation and assessment data, evaluating outcomes, and implementing the nursing plan of care.  Implements the medical plan of treatment and follows physician's orders.  May provide hands-on, direct clinical care.  Receives clinical direction and oversight from a Registered Nurse.  Performs duties within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act regulations, the State Board of Nursing, and policies and procedures of the company.
