Primary Job Responsibilities:

?Have and know how to use all Electrical and Mechanical hand tools required for job assignments.
?Must be able to perform electrical troubleshooting, repairs, rebuilding and preventive maintenance on electrical components of all plant equipment
?Program and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Servo?s, and other types of Electrical Equipment.
?Must be able to use all type of Electrical Test Equipment required for job assignments
?Must be able to set up plant equipment to assist in troubleshooting
?Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and repairs on all plant equipment
?Respond to break downs in timely manner
?Use safety equipment as appropriate to the task.
?Must attain and maintain skills necessary to troubleshoot plant equipment
?Must be able to perform physical demanding assignments
?Attain and maintain the necessary skills required to be an integral part of succession planning.
?Takes responsibility for projects from inception to completion in a professional, timely, and efficient manner
?Work with little or no supervision
?Must be able to communicate technical subjects verbally and written to co- workers and venders
?Confirm a minimum of 7.0 hours against SAP work orders, a day during the week and 11.0 hours a day on the week end.
?Perform Supervisory duties in the absence of a Maintenance Supervisor as needed.
?Help ensure the Plant is in compliance with all GMPs, GHPs, SOPs, Regulatory, and Company Policies and Requirements.

SECONDARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

?Employee must prepare for oncoming shift, must follow plant work rules which include Good Manufacturing Practices. Responsible for the proper use and return of company tools and equipment.
?Report damaged, missing or loose parts to equipment to your supervisor.
?Response quickly to spills or other situations where unwanted materials pose an imminent threat safety or regulatory compliance.
?Work with less experienced employees to develop their job knowledge and skills and perform supervisory duties as required.
?Be available for off shift support. Responsible for Critical Control Point monitoring of flour sifter screens, bulk system magnets; and maintaining barcode scanners and metal detectors
