Day to day supervision, coaching, training, development and leadership
of hourly Maintenance Associates in a high performance work team
environment. Lead team in safety, quality, and productivity to ensure
facility goals are met in meeting customer needs. The Maintenance
Supervisor sets priorities and coordinates crew activities and
assignments and is responsible for the daily maintenance, repairs and
upgrades to converting or corrugated equipment. Serves as a technical
resource for production managers and supports employee relations and
team building activities.
