Bachelor?s degree in engineering from an accredited school;

Manages the engineering function for the organization?s manufacturing areas. The Manufacturing Engineer designs, develops and implements manufacturing processes to facilitate operational excellence and continuous improvement around the organization?s key business drivers. Primary responsibilities of the Manufacturing Engineer include developing and managing the manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment of the Greenwood Operations. The position requires the ability to provide technical and problem solving support and implement Lean Manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement. The Manufacturing Engineer is accountable for all assigned engineering related challenges and issues assigned and provides support to other areas and projects as needed.
