Applicants must be able to work a 6 to 8 hour schedule during the hours of 11 am to midnight. Not everyone will be asked to work until midnight, but the availability helps. Position requires one weekend day per week, and some possible Holiday shifts. Applicant’s schedules must be flexible and able to change if necessary.

Marketing Associate
We are looking for the next great addition to our already amazing team. As a Marketing Associate (leasing consultant), you will take inbound calls from apartment seekers from all over the country in our contact center located here in Greenville, South Carolina!
As a Marketing Associate, you will explain all the amenities, features and benefits of the properties and assist the caller in scheduling a time to visit what could be their next home. While having a conversation with the caller, you will gather their information (name, phone number, where they are moving from, why they are moving, any pets etc) and enter it into the system to create a marketing card. This is a great opportunity for an individual with a background in sales or marketing to grow professionally.
