Repairs diesel power equipment to include motorgraders, backhoes, loaders, rollers, AMZ machines, tractors, and mowing equipment. Repairs diesel engines to include cooling system,fuel system, transmissions, rear ends, hydraulics systems, gear box, steering, engines, drive trains, PTO and other various types of repairs. Performs preventive maintenance as required.Diagnoses, repairs or replaces parts as necessary on all automotive gasoline engines,transmissions, brakes, exhaust systems, cylinder heads, valves, timing belts, and coolingsystems. Operates and performs testing with new generation start tester and monitor testingequipment in order to diagnose problems with various on board computer systems. Performs repairs or replaces automotive equipment. Repairs to engines, transmissions, drive train,brakes, and fuel systems. Operates test equipment as required. Diagnoses and repairs all fuel
and electrical system components for gasoline and diesel powered equipment with or without vehicle on-board computers. Performs welding and fabrication as needed for repairs to all equipment. Performs emergency repairs to all equipment that have failures on roadways or construction projects. Perform other duties as required. Conducts pre-operation vehicle equipment inspection.
