Mechanical CAD Operator

? Must have extensive knowledge of HVAC, Piping and Plumbing systems to include how to review and understand Architectural, Structural, Mechanical and Plumbing drawings.
? Must have ability to visualize, coordinate and create clash free design and demonstrate system build ability for the mechanical systems of a construction project.
? Experience in Trimble Pipe (PD3D) and Duct (DD3D) Designer a plus.
? Working knowledge of Mechanical Systems and experience in MEP 3D Coordination/Modeling is highly preferred.
? An Associates degree in Applied Science or higher in Engineering Graphic Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or Building Information Modeling preferred but not required as equivalent working experience will be considered.
