Requirements:

Job Description:

Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience

Responsible for meeting and exceeding budgeted sales goals.

Recruit, interview, hire, train, supervise and guide staff and contractors. Direct reports may include members of various sales and operation teams in the KMA.

Assist in the development and implementation of motivation and incentive plans, sales materials, forms and procedures.

Monitor the payroll process and ensure that all commission are calculated properly.

Assist in development and drive implementation of sales distribution strategies in order to acquire new subscribers

Communicate with sales staff all current market offers and assist Director and Division staff in providing input for future offers.

Handle territory assignments for sales resources.

Handle personnel issues, including performance appraisals, coaching, safety training, etc.

Establish weekly KMA meetings ensuring all KPIs and metrics by product and sales channel are being achieved

Assist with budget preparation, and provide input on broader sales and operations issues.

Participate and play an intricate role in the development and implementation of the incentive reward / recognition programs focused on new customer acquisition or upselling of existing Charter products and services

Perform other duties as required
