What You Will Need:
Basic Qualifications:
•Four (4) years of millwright experience in an industrial or production setting
•Experience in arc welding and oxygen/acetylene cutting
•Experience troubleshooting and installing bearings, chains, sprockets, gearboxes, and conveyors
•Experience installing and aligning machines to improve reliability and uptime
•Experience using a computer for record-keeping and documentation functions
•Willing and able to work in high and/or confined spaces
•Experience in mechanical fabrication and repair
•Experience troubleshooting conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics and pumps
•Experience working on ladders, scaffolds and man lifts
•Willing and able to work a ten (10) to twelve (12) hour shift
•Willing and able to work days, nights, holidays and weekends
•Willing and able to provide your own personal hand tools i.e.: combination wrench set, socket set, punch set, chisel set, Allen wrench set, screwdriver set, pry bar set, shop and ball peen hammer, miscellaneous pliers, and a tape measure

Preferred Qualifications:
•Completion of an approved apprenticeship program, Associate’s degree or trade school certificate in the mechanical field
•Experience with precision alignment of motors, couplings, bearings and pumps, and lubrication
•Experience using a manual lathe and milling machine
•Welding certification
A Day In The Life Typically Includes:
•Troubleshooting, installing, aligning, dismantling, repairing and maintaining industrial machinery and mechanical equipment for improved reliability and uptime
•Maintaining accurate records to include labor hours and important preventative maintenance findings on work orders in our CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
•Performing periodic maintenance routines to identify and correct mechanical defects
•Working with operations associates to identify and prioritize maintenance needs
•Helping meet or exceed production, waste, and quality goals by successfully maintenance production equipment
•Working as a team to accomplish goals and prioritize work efforts
•Establishing an open working relationship with the production staff and communicating their equipment needs
•Performing general housekeeping duties
