To develop and maintain current knowledge of all products and services.
To develop and maintain a client profile on existing 20% of top clients for proactive sales development.
Maintain contact with existing clients to be used in proactive sales development.
Open all types of deposit accounts in compliance within our policy and procedures.
Follow up with new clients.
Provide and assist potential clients with the transfer kit enabling a smooth transition of accounts from another bank.
Order and service bank cards.
Assist with safe deposit boxes.
Market the Bank’s products and services via telephone.
Represent the Bank at various civic, social, and community functions to develop new business and maintain goodwill.
Rresponsible for opening new IRA accounts and servicing existing IRA's.
Perform as a Client Services Specialist when needed.
Assist the Banking Center Sales Manager in taking loan applications.
Attend company functions.
Perform all types of internal and external sales responsibilities as determined by Banking Center Sales Manager.
Attend weekly/monthly Banking Center meetings to increase sales skills and product knowledge.
Perform other job related duties that may be assigned.
