Education:

We seek individuals pursuing an undergraduate degree, preferably with a concentration in Construction Management, Operations, Business Administration or Engineering.

Experience:

  • Self-starters with strong analytical skills and detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively in cross-functional teams. 
  • Proficiency with MS Office along with strong technical aptitude, excellent communication and time management skills are essential. 
  • Prior operations, construction, manufacturing experience or internship is a plus but not required.

Our Operations Interns are assigned progressively challenging projects that assist and support the operations in our various lines of business—servicing existing elevators and escalators, installing new elevators and escalators, and modernizing elevators that have reached their natural life cycle.  The projects assigned are related to core branch office operations that are customer focused, result-oriented, and performance driven which will require teamwork, technical, and problem-solving skills such as improving efficiencies, supporting safety and expenditure of labor, materials and other assets.

Schedule:
These are full-time, paid summer internships, typically ranging from 10-12 weeks. This internship will take place in Summer of 2022. Throughout your internship, we provide continuous training and performance feedback to ensure you build the necessary skills to succeed. Additional career opportunities are available upon conclusion of a successful internship, including placement as a Field Management Trainee.
