Requirements:

Job Description:

*Set up and break down Fellowship Center and other rooms for events

*Administer and monitor the electronic lock system

*Maintain doors and locks

*Serve as first call on alarm response

*Serve as liaison & first call with Fire Department

*Handle minor maintenance that interferes with daily functioning of facility

*Serve as maintenance emergency contact

*Handle other temporary issues as determined by the Property Committee

 

Schedule:
Up to but not exceeding 8 hours per week without Property Team approval

Hours are flexible to meet the needs of the church but otherwise set by the employee
