? Strong knowledge of payroll software, ADP Workforce Now required. Experience working in an environment where payrolls are processed weekly.
? Working knowledge of an ERP system a plus.
? Working knowledge of E-verify a plus.
? Certified Payroll Professional a plus.
? Ability to maintain confidential information.
A manufacturing facility in Hodges, SC (Greenwood) is looking for an administrative professional to assist the HR and Quality Managers in the following capacity:
Process daily payroll. Assists HR Manager with the implementation of HR services, policies, and programs, recruiting and staffing, performance management and improvement tracking systems, employee orientation, development, and training logistics and record keeping ? to include Personnel, Medical, and Training.
Assists the Quality Manager with the preparation and maintenance of quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including production processes, performance metrics, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations. Assists with the management of the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System and compliance with the standard?s requirements.
