Countybank is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual to serve as a Personal Banking Associate.  Under the direction and coaching of the Financial Center Support Manager, the right candidate will serve new and existing customers as needed in our Financial Centers in Greenwood, providing our customers and prospects with positive financial solutions to their requests, while accurately and efficiently processing routine teller and desk transactions, in compliance with standard banking procedures.

Candidate should possess a keen understanding of the importance of confidentiality, and a commitment to embracing and applying our TCB Corporate Core Values while servicing clients, communities and fellow associates.

Specific skills preferred:

• Minimum one-year customer service, cash handling and sales experience
• Effective interpersonal/communication skills
• Proficient computer navigation skills
• Bilingual applicants a plus

 Education requirements:

• High school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Willingness to obtain, apply and share knowledge

Additional requirements:

• Position requires some Saturday banking hours.
• This is a Floating Teller position and will be required to work in other locations at the bank’s discretion.
