- Acceptable level of mathematics
- Proficiency with personal computers
- Stand upto 95% of the work day
- Lift upto 40lbs 90% of the work day
- Able to manage stock and restock levels
- Ability to manage stock transfer to and from warehouse
- Manage stock flow for daily production needs.
- Must have 3 years of SAP experience

Job Description:
Job Tasks / Responsibilities:
- Responsible for communicating and executing master production schedules
- Responsible for generating and releasing manufacturing order and order maintenance and troubleshooting
- Generates pick list.
- Performs GI reversals
- Communicates to the warehouse activities for direct issue material and back flush materials.
- Manages back flush material location
- Creates HU labels for production order quantity
- Provides GPR pack instructions.
- Responsible for order release and close-out
- Responsible for all clerical functions as needed to support departmental goals
- Issue panchecks
- Support physical inventory activities as required
- Responsible for raw material and purchased component levels
- Owner of MRP variables and capacity data with respect to raw material & components
- Responsible for MRP recommendation actions for purchase orders
- Primary contact with Strategic Sourcing/Order fullfillment and subcontractors
- Communicate material shortages to key individuals
- Coordinate purchase orders for new programs and/or samples
- Participation in subcontractor process change activities that affect product flow
- Assist in activities that are defined to minimize obsolescence of build out material
- Responsible for raw material cycle counting
- Responsible for manufacturing schedule attainment with respect to raw material
- Participate in production meetings as needed
- Project work as defined by the Production Control Supervisor to improve inventory and scheduling functions
- Assist with capacity planning and monitoring
- Facilitate production meetings
- Provide detailed feedback to other production control functions
- Manage WIP and Finish Goods levels
- Analyze missed schedules and communicate to key personnel and facilitate improvement opportunities
- Facilitate the use of product line resources when critical material shortages occur including the communication and coordination with raw material schedulers
- Set recovery schedules when critical material shortages occur
- Coordination of cycle counts
- Assist in resolving errors in reporting
- Assist in manufacturing order management
- Participate in process change activities that affect product flow
- Assist in minimizing WIP obsolescence for build out programs
- Coordinates the movement of any unconsumed material
- Facilitate a smooth flow of information and product
- Support lean manufacturing initiatives
- Facilitate efforts to mimize past due and minimize premium freight
- Communicate production priorities through receiving/ receiving inspect
- Perform raw material scheduling, receipt, transactions, restocking, and delivery as required
- Any other activities needed to support product line and production control goals
- Maintain knowledge of current quality and safety system(s) and other regulatory compliance related to this position.
