Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY

Works with Functional Team Leaders and HR Director to determine hiring requirements. Partners with hiring managers to recruit and select qualified candidates.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience

Provides adequate staffing by identifying sources of applicants and developing advertising campaigns

Writes and places advertisements and job postings

Maintains up-to-date job hotline and job openings book

Identifies referral sources

Coordinates participation in and attending job fairs and handling employment/agency inquiries

Promotes equal opportunity employment by analyzing results of outreach efforts and modifying recruitment efforts based on those results

Coordinates and hosts on-site orientation meetings for minority agency staff

Distributes and posts job openings

Trains all supervisors on EEO/FCC compliance and monitoring internal compliance with EEO/FCC requirements related to staffing

Ascertains applicants' qualifications by conducting interviews, tests, and reference checks

Coordinates and records drug tests, MVR and criminal record checks

Maintains accurate and up-to-date recruitment and applicant files

Prepares the annual employment, recruiting, and advertising and testing budget; schedule, monitor, track and analyze expenditures and process invoices; analyze variances; initiate corrective actions

Implements diversity recruitment strategies and participate in applicable national recruiting conferences

Perform other duties as requested by supervisor
