Requirements:

Associate degree or a high school diploma, plus 2 years related work experience.

FDTC’S PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
Associate degree and 2 years customer service experience; 1 year experience in Microsoft Office applications. Experience with spreadsheets and the internet desired. Must be able to deal effectively with external and internal constituents.

Job Description:

Coordinate tours and recruitment activities, data entry, admissions and tracking processes, including compilation of statistical data prior to matriculation. Makes admission decisions using established guidelines; exercises judgment in interpretation of evaluative data. Candidate is responsible for advising prospective and matriculating students on admission, registration, and student services process. Hosts on-line admissions chat sessions. Serves as a back-up for recruiters.
