• Bachelor Degree with three to five years experience in a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Project Management experience
• A thorough understanding of Design for Manufacturing
• Spreadsheet and word processing proficient
• CAD experience (AutoCAD. Solid Works, etc.)
• Refrigeration, electronic controls, electrical power supply and Ultra Cold design experience preferred.
• Identify and implement product designs and process changes to improve performance of existing products for internal and external customer satisfaction
• Design systems that comply with appropriate regulatory and industry requirements
• Effectively manage New Product Development projects within a cross functional environment
• Develop and execute validation planning on new and existing systems
• As required, assist on-site technical support with customer related issues
• As required, assist suppliers with interpreting drawings and specifications
• Oversee all lab/system test activities
