Job Description:

To perform a variety of data collection and entry, recordkeeping, and clerical duties that track clients (Adult/Dislocated or Youth) in the WIOA program. To provide administrative support to the SCWorks Operations Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

1.      Answer telephone, greet customers who come into SC Works center and connect customers with services.

2.      Enter all client information into the SC Works Online Services system (SCWOS).

3.      Follow up on clients who have exited the program, communicate with agencies, employers, etc. to get data in order to close out files within SCWOS.

4.      Enter payment/ fund tracking information into the SCWOS system.

5.      Perform clerical duties to include typing, filing, checking, and recording information.  Proofread all work for accuracy and neatness.

6.      Send surveys to customers and employers to evaluate program operation.

7.      Maintain and update employer lists of client participants and keep required files.

8.      Assist the SCWorks Operations Manager with clerical tasks to include, but not limited to, entering information on the upperscworks.com website, coordinating monthly workshop calendar, assisting with ordering supplies. Attend monthly staff meetings and quarterly Partner meetings. Take minutes during quarterly Partner meetings.

9.     Perform other related work and acquire related job skills as required by  management.
