Wages/Salary: $15/hr + quarterly bonus progrom of up to 10% base salary!

- Environmentally and physically challenging working conditions.

The Service Technician works under the general supervision of the Lead Service Technician to ensure that all apartment homes and other property facilities are in good working order with the goal being: exceeding the standards in the industry.
Some but not all of the duties the Service Technician will be responsible for are repairing air conditioning and heating units, electrical appliances, outlets, plumbing, carpentry, and locks. This position will also assist the team with preparing newly vacated apartment homes for a new resident or family.
All associates must successfully clear a background investigation to include but may not be limited to criminal, drug and employment verification. Weekend and after hours work may be required.
