Requirements:

At least 2 years of supervisory/managerial experience in light manufacturing and production. High school diploma or equivalent. Must possess excellent organizational & prioritizing skills for a deadline driven operation.

Job Description:

Supervising/managing 15-20 employees at a Screen Printing/Embroidery facility. Must be able to communicate effectively, address peronnel issues in an appropriate manner, be able to delegate work appropriately. This position will ensure that all orders on this shift are completed on time. Screen printing/embroidery not required for this position but supervisory experience is...will train the right person in all aspects of screen printing and embroidery operations.

Schedule:
2nd shift hours: 2:30 pm to 1:00 am Monday thru Thursday with the possibility of overtime dependant upon business.
